• Toll free phone recording system. Our system can be set- up to mimic any format you may wish. If your staff are used to a “Dictaphone” system we can set our system to copy all prompts and setting of that type of system. Your doctors will not have to learn new prompts or new styles; the transition to our phone system is transparent to the end user. In most cases we can even provide your staff with the same dictation codes they are currently using, avoiding another potential problem for the end user.

• Recording and transferring digital voice files. Our system can also receive and process digital voice files from multiple sources in many formats. The most common source of digital voice files in today’s environment are handheld recorders manufactured by well know companies such as; Olympus, Sony, or Philips. Other products we commonly work with include; the Phillips Speech-Mike with bar coding ability, as well as many in-house recording devices and systems.
